Manual handling:

The Stitchfoil® can be handled on any embroidery machine just like a regular
appliqué. Once the foil has been embroidered onto the fabric, non-wanted residue is removed and the foil is fixed permanently with a heat press. We recommend to cover the transfer with a teflon.

Transfer instructions:

330 to 365°F [165 to 185 °C], 15-20 sec., 3,5 bar

Material composite:

The Stitchfoil™ is a thin, elastic transfer foil based on polyurethane. All basic materials used are ecologically inoffensive and free from PVC, softeners and heavy metals. The ingredients we use for our products always meet the requirements of the Oekotex-norm.

Technical Data:

ransfer foil: Hotmelt-adhesive / retro-reflective colour, approx. 120μ ± 10 %
Liner: Siliconized paper

Washing instructions:

104°F [40 °C], turn textile inside out before washing

​

Areas of application:

The Stitchfoil® is suitable for the transfer to material like cotton, mixed fibers made of polyester/cotton and polyester/acryl and is used to decorate T-Shirts, sports- and leisure wear, Caps, Bags and items like flags and pennants.

Advice:

Only at compliance with the predefined temperature and pressure conditions of the transfer, a safe and durable fixation of the Stitchfoil® is guaranteed.
We recommend to do a test run.

Safety data sheet:

When used and handled according to specifications, the product does not
have any harmful effects towards health and environment.
Therefore a safety data sheet is not necessary.
